The IES Ribeira Do Louro (IESRdL) is a secondary education school which provides general education, vocational training and adult education courses. It is placed in Porriño (Pontevedra) in the southwest of Spain, next to Vigo. IESRdL has approximately 700 students and 80 teachers and provide, amongst other specialist courses, Advanced Level Training courses in International Trade, Administrative and Financial Management and Telecommunication Systems and Information Technology.
The school has a huge experience in the implementation of European Union research and mobility projects. IESRdL has participated, both as a partner and promoter, in different projects under Lifelong Learning Programme, Leonardo da Vinci and Socrates Programme, Interreg and other national projects. Furthermore, IES RdL has been participating in mobility projects since 1996, as host and sending organisation. They have carried out more than 200 students and teachers placements.
AtinServices is a consultancy company specialized in the development of international projects in different fields, particularly, language learning, training disadvantaged groups, e-learning and stone manufacturing and training.
AtinServices works commonly in collaboration with many type of organisation, as vocational training organizations, universities, public bodies, SME, Small & Medium Enterprise Associations or Chamber of Commerce.
We has a wide experience in developing and coordinating European Union projects, such as Interreg, Life Long Learning– Key Activity 2 Languages, Grundtvig and Comenius. Regarding languages, AtinServices, besides being the co-ordinator in this ROMANINET project, has coordinated several projects aimed on producing multimedia language courses on-line, such as www.learningarabic.eu, www.chinesecom.eu, www.linguasnet.com, www.englishmed.com
The Fundación Secretariado Gitano is a social non-profit that provides services for the development of the Gypsy community throughout the Spanish and European level. Its activity started in the 60's, although its constitution as a foundation started in 2001.
FSG's mission is to promote the integration of the Gypsy community with respect for their cultural identity.
This mission aims to support the access of Gypsies rights, social services and resources on an equal conditions with other citizens. For that, the Organization performs all types of activities designed to improve the living conditions of Gypsies and promote the recognition, support and develop their cultural identity.
The main goal of “Ethnotolerance” is to encourage and support cooperation and knowledge between diverse groups, especially as regards civil and intercultural education. By the concept of its projects and activities, which mainly concern young people and students, the organization seeks a base for the mutual existence of ethnocultural societies. It supports the maintenance and cultivation of cultural identity. It encourages efforts to create a new elite in ethnic communities. In this way, “Ethnotolerance” will contribute to an open, pluralistic, and democratic society.
”Ethnotolerance” supports projects dealing with dialogue and cooperation between people from ethnic groups in the region and the whole country. Many projects are focused on the problems of young Roma people.
The Diocesan Secretariat of Lisbon is an institution founded on volunteers, whose main objective to work with the Roma population.
With the collaboration of professionals, including technicians, who work directly with school-age children and preschoolers.
Another of his goals is to work in the training of young people, trying a subsequent integration in the labour market. With regard to Gypsy culture, demand that their ancestral values are not lost, although they try a progressive integration into the majority society.
School Cluster Victor Jinga is a public institution of initial and continuous vocational training, which has courses for 850 students over the age of 15 in the fields of trading, IT, electrical, mechanical, wood manipulation, students that are trained by 64 professors, specialists in their respective fields. The students are trained in several forms of schooling, such as: technological high school – direct and progressive education route, and a high school with evening classes. Also, the school organizes post-high school courses and, more importantly, keeps in touch with graduates, guiding them in their career choices and organizing continuous professional training sessions for them. The professional training provided by specialists takes place both inside the institution – in offices, laboratories and specialized workshops, but also at the offices of businesses that have signed partnerships with the school. It is also an institution that allocates material and financial resources obtained from external sources in order to provide students with the equipment and materials adequate for each profile.
School Cluster Victor Jinga serves the Sacele community and those around it among which a significant number of roma citizens reside. For them, the institution has promoted partnerships that develop professional training programs appropriate to their needs, including some programs in Romani.

Development of educational and training projects is also one of the major areas of action of the company, which has developed a series of long-term partnerships at local and European level. Thus, the company has experience in preparing and implementing projects under the Leonardo da Vinci (mobility, trade, pilot projects), Socrates, Grundtvig and Comenius umbrella.
